I had broken motor switches for both the passenger and driver side windows on my Jeep Cherokee. Rob got me in the next day. Called me with pricing options and had my Jeep fixed the same day! What I truly appreciated was Rob’s honesty. He could’ve gouged me on pricing but was fair. Even said he could fix 1 switch for the time being and come back later to fix the other one. They also fixed my fog light that had burned out and again, really fair pricing! I’ve taken my Jeep to Chrysler Jeep several times and have always had to take it back because repairs weren’t done correctly! I can’t say enough kind things about our experience! Go see Streamline!!

I cannot say enough good things about Streamline Automotive! They recently replaced the transmission in my van, and while the repair took longer than originally expected, their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. I received remarkable customer service at Streamline. When I called to get an idea of how much it would cost to do a ball joint repair, Rob actually told me instead of luring me in with a bunch of hypotheticals. After physically diagnosing my car I was informed that it was not my ball joint that needed to be replaced as I had been told by another shop but instead front sway bar links. I really appreciated their commitment to providing superior customer service & transparency. They have earned my business!

I cannot say enough good things about Streamline Auto. Rob and Kathy went above and beyond for me in a way that is incredibly rare to find these days. I originally came in just to get my AC fixed before a long drive while moving back to Illinois. From the start, Rob was extremely upfront and honest about what the potential costs could be depending on what they found, including possible additional repairs if other issues showed up. I appreciated the transparency immediately. What truly impressed me was what happened next. After pulling my car into the bay, Rob noticed a couple noises and offered to check them out at no extra charge. That extra attention uncovered several issues I never would have known to ask about. Since he knew I was preparing for a long road trip, he took the time to clearly explain what actually needed immediate attention for safety and what could realistically wait until I got home and have my brother, who is a mechanic, take a look. At no point did I feel pressured, upsold, or scared into unnecessary repairs. Me and My girlfriend gone to see Rob and his great mother and I can tell you if you need to get your car truck fixed you better go there. I'm not out to just put up words for any business but if you want reliable people great mechanics and just a good simple price you go here and if not you'll know when others stiff you.
